Just to set things straight . . .
A pro baseball player throws the ball at a maximum speed of 60mph . . . and from 30 yards away.
When the ball arrives at its destination it's a lot slower.
This samurai sliced it (slices them . . . not the first time) 10 yards away with a
measured speed of over 100 mph.
And the first TWO . . . he did not "let them go by" . . . he needed them to assess the proper positioning.
